Certain questions are mandatory, and no submission is possible until you answer them fully.  All your answers are kept confidential and secure, and will not be shared unless you authorize us to do so.  Multiple breeders, who are members of Topdoodles.com, will have access to your data, and may contact you from time to time when they have the kind of puppy you are looking for.  You will have an opportunity to remove your application from our records if you are no longer interested in adopting a puppy or after you have already adopted one.
